Terms & Conditions
This Agreement is between Teeofftimes.co.uk (Teeofftimes), a division of Golfbreaks Ltd and the Golf Club listed in the Club Details section above and describes an agency relationship between the two parties.
Teeofftimes provides a club administration module for clubs to allocate and load tee times for sale on the Teeofftimes website. Alternatively the club can contact the Teeofftimes administrator who will load the tee times on the club’s behalf.
Teeofftimes will process all payments and will earn commission on each green fee sold.
Teeofftimes will make payment to the Golf Club on the 5th working day of each month via BACS transfer for tee times sold during the previous month.
Teeofftimes will keep any information about The Club in our possession as confidential in a secure database environment.
Both parties agree to be bound by these Terms and either party can terminate this agreement without cause or penalty by giving one month’s notice in writing.
